Don't know. I have a sneaky suspicion it used to be free and now it's a
paid entitlement. That's a little strange because we don't get the other
paid entitlements under our academic deal, so I don't know why *we* have
it.

The only people who can really answer this are RedHat Support - so
you'll have to give them a ring or raise a ticket.
