That actually makes it less than nothing worth. ;) So it's xcb and libX11. There are two packages, libX11 and xorg-x11-xtrans-devel that need to stay out of stable due to the stable-replaces-no-vendor-packages policy, but IIRC vlc was depending on some parts of replacement packages already for RHEL5, so it won't really make much of a difference.
