Blender 2.49b for F15

this is a version of blender 2.49b that compiles on F15.

The beta version (2.56) still has some nasty issues
and I think we should stick to 2.49b for a while:

Note: you do not need to recompile for the other repos.
I just added a small patch for gcc 4.6
