One food for thought is that all the repos could produce noarch Python packages that would work with PyVault on all distributions. Like I indicated in my email, for my Python noarch packages, I have a separate directory so I can save lots of bandwidth and diskspace by sharing between every distro version. For example, dag has a "ccal" package that works perfect under Redhat 9 using the PyVault python upgrade. Thanks for your input! take care, -- -jeff
