I have been thinking the same thing for quite some time now. Unfortunatly I have been unable to find a suitable perl library/module for doing such a task nicely. I have been looking into Net/HTTP.pm but while it seems to be good for viewing text HTML, using it to download binary files has given me problems. I will do some more checking and see if I can build the functionality in to GRAB. Thanks for the comments!
