Rather than caching Yet More Glop from headers, download and install
the specspo package. In fact, if specspo is installed, you'll end up
re-caching info that is already in a specspo PO file.

rpm (for quite a while now) uses summary/description/group tags from
specspo, not from package headers, if specspo is installed.

It also ain't hard to access this info using dcgettext from gettext rather
than headerGetEntry from rpmlib. Poke me if you need details.
