Re: Failed dependency on library version

i think its the fault of the package maker...since grab only knows what
the packages know about dep issues.  the gd package is asking for
libgd.so.1  and the libgd package doesnt list libgd.so.1 in its
provides...grab just reads the requirements and the provides as given by
each package....if the packages don't match up grad doesn't try to be
clever it just tells you there is a mismatch...which is the safest thing
to do.
