I think all my 6.2 boxen are upgraded to perl-5.6; but I think this might be
the same for 5.0003

the package that has FTP.pm for me is perl-libnet-1.0703-2; you might want
to look for this. (tho not necessarily that version).

I could probably send you the SRPM for our package (we compiled it
ourselves); but I don't know squat about building perl packages, so that
might not be useful.
