This is a "User process fault", which means that httpd has crashed. There is an 
updated version of apache as well as perl, mod_perl and mod_ssl which fixes 
several problems reported with apache.

The latest rawhide version available from

ftp://ftp.redhat.com/pub/redhat/linux/rawhide/s390x

contains the fixed packages.
