Red Hat's last version for SPARC was Red Hat Linux 6.2, which will be
end-of-lifed officially on March 31, 2003. I don't believe Red Hat is
still selling that product though.

Will it run on an E250? Maybe.

Aurora SPARC Linux, which is a port of Red Hat Linux 7.3 to SPARC,
should run just fine on an E250. It can be found at
http://www.auroralinux.org.
