Hello Peter, Customers with a valid Stronghold System Response services phone-based support contract or Stronghold basic e-mail support contract (for Stronghold 3.0) are eligible to upgrade to Stronghold 4 at no additional cost. Please send us the details of your support contract for Stronghold 3. Once we have verified your entitlement, we will send you the URL to download Stronghold 4.0.
