Hello Peter,

Customers with a valid Stronghold System Response services phone-based
support contract or Stronghold basic e-mail support contract (for
Stronghold 3.0) are eligible to upgrade to Stronghold 4 at no additional
cost.

Please send us the details of your support contract for Stronghold 3.
Once we have verified your entitlement, we will send you the URL to
download Stronghold 4.0.

Thank you and regards,
Min Min
