Have you seen that answer by Redhat staff in the bugzilla:
 > The mysql server package is no longer in the base.  It is in a seperate
 > layered product which will be available shortly.

Does Redhat intend to charge us extra for using mysql server on RHEL, 
for which we are paying already?

Or what does 'separate layered product' mean?

If yes, is this not going too far?
