Fair enough, it is a list provided by RedHat so it is well within their 
rights to define whats on topic.  This issue was resolved as far as I am 
concerned the day RHEL 3.0 was released and I downloaded off RHN, 
installed it and was presented with a end user license that made it quite 
clear what my/my companies rights were.
