Can't boot beta2 WS CD on Dell Latitude CPxH450GT

Hi folks,

I get a crash when trying to boot the beta2 WS or AS CD on
my Dell Laptop. Last words are

	running /sbin/loader

then there is the crash.

Any suggestions? Power Management was already switched off.
The first beta CDs don't boot either.
