It's not watched by lawyers (who don't care that anaconda fails on my system). Ask Slashdot is equally useless. You'll get plenty of opinions, the vast majority of them from people without any legal training, real world experience, or even common sense. Tom said what the preferred method was. If you want legal advice, ask the lawyers.
