Of course I can understand that you don't want to include
each and every small hello-world program in Enterprise.
Surely the huge number of packages as in Debian (>10000) has
to be avoided. But wouldn't you agree that keeping the
differences between RHL9 and RHE3.0 to a minimum would make
it more easy for your customers to migrate?

BTW, ncurses4 seems to be missing, too.
