Hi Bill,

I also got your error message when I wanted to update xterm, the
solution is very simple.
You have to do following two steps :

	rpm -e xterm
	up2date xterm

If you need more help, look at www.linuxsysad.com, if errors or problems
happen I will publish the solution there.
