I should have been clearer. The installation cdrom is a customized version of the beta2 install. A vanilla beta2 cd is detected fine. It seems the customized cd is not seen as an 'official' RHAS cdrom. Where is this check and how can I disable it? take care, jason On Mon, 2003-09-29 at 15:12, Jason Woodward wrote: > We are using a Dell 2650 with a scsi cdrw/dvd.
