According to these specs ( 
http://help.nec-computers.com/uk/pri/item_spec_E1100_NEC21.asp )

 you should put there:

HorizSync   31.0-82.0

VertRefresh 55.0-120.0

but from my experience you might actually get better picture if you'll use:

HorizSync   31.0-82.1

VertRefresh 55.0-120.1

I wouldn't go to 1600x1200@65Hz,  1280x1024@75Hz is much better on one's 
eyes.
