yum update conflict with fglrx

Oh mighty yum sages, I'm afraid I have to bother you with this problem 
I'm having mainly because I'm not sure who to file a Bugzilla report 
with or even if it's a bug.  I'm trying to update my fglrx from livna 
(results below or at http://pastebin.com/m551e7eb0):

Error Summary
-------------


Some intrepid folks on the #fedora list thought a "yum remove 
kmod-fglrx" followed by a reinstall would work, but I figured that's 
what the Removing: line in the update was for.  I will note that I did 
try a "yum upgrade" just in case.  No difference.

This is with yum-3.2.7-1.fc7.noarch on kernel-2.6.22.9-91.fc7.x86_64. 
Any help you can provide me in finding out if this is a yum or livna 
query would be much obliged.
