Thanks for building Sentinix, I look forward to figuring it out, so to speak. I'm not a *nix wizard, so some things are a little more difficult to me than other folks. During the install of 0.70.5 I too fell victim to the screen pg-down in the LILO install, I hit q, then f10 and back and forth and reinstalled and still couldn't make it work. I read that screen 10 times looking for another key to hit when finished. Then I searched on Google and found the thread (here) where it's explained to pg-down and install Lilo. So I got past that. Everything seems ok, except I cannot get the thing to recognize the nic. I'm on a Dell D600 1.4GHz with 1 gig ram and 60 gig HD. I couldn't find the motherboard nic in the list, so I plugged in an old 3C589D card and made sure I enabled pcmcia. Still no-go. I installed all the drivers from the list for these cards. I've tried a Dell card (3C575), a Cisco Aironet 350, and a Linksys USB VPN Adapter, all to no avail. Can't get a nic to hook-up. Any ideas?
