If the *sole* purpose is to run a web server (Apache, PHP, MySQL, yada,
yada, yada...), then SENTINIX would be WASTEFUL of a resource, aside frm the
fact that you are looking at this as a time-reduction method of "plug 'n
chug".

Nice concept, bad idea to implement. Consider the upgradability and
maintainability of the concept. If you (or your client) doesn't care if an
immediate upgrade is necessary, then go for it; otherwise, bad idea.

Mike has stated that he's up to his eyeballs in work, so the notion of an
upgrade coming out anytime soon is slim to none.

If you want a cookie cutter approach to buidling the web server solution,
send me an email, and I'll provide you (and/or perhaps this list) a
step-by-step set of instructions as to how to build everything that you're
requesting.

Or were you simply "inquiring" as to see if people are using SENTINIX
*solely* as a web server....makes NO sense to me to just do it that way.
It's supposed to be a "security tool" -- then again, it's also a
whipped-cream topping *AND* a furniture wax!!!
