Ok, my bad, sorry.  I can't find specific references to register and/or =
use
in the documentation for Nagios or Nagat...

Use: this is the "new" way to define the properties of an object (host,
service, etc.) as in "use this template for the host named server1"

Register: yes or no;  no=3D"this host is a template and should not be
monitored";  yes=3D"this host uses a template and should be monitored"

I personally haven't taken the time to learn the new way.  I use the old
"default" way and define every host, service, etc. individually.  It
obviously takes more time, especially with a large network or often =
changing
network, but that is what I was accustomed to.  I'll do it the new way =
or
MySQL way the next time I implement Nagios.

templates,
there are any description in the case of Use & Register.=20
