14.0 Upgrade: /extra/flashplayer-plugin@ and java@

   I'm upgrading the Sony Vaio from 13.37/x86_64 to 14.0/x86_64. In the
/extra directory are two softlinks: flashplayer-plugin@ and java@. How do I
upgrade/install these?
