Yes, but as pointed out by Willy in his answer to Philippe, this is not
the case for the Slint installers that are polyglot (I'm guilty of the
translation to French beyond the internationalization so Philippe,
merci de corriger mes fautes si possible).

After booting, to get an installation in French just type the two digits
code 06 then press Enter.

installers for blind people and needed enhancements of the installers as
