Hi Thomas,

just in the remote case you didn't already check, can you change in
your BIOS to revert boot to legacy mode?

In my case the Slackware 14.2 install program said something like "EFI
system detected, do you want to install elilo" etc etc.
In fact my system's BIOS was configured for legacy mode, so I just
forced the installer to install normal lilo, and everything works
nicely.
