Okay. I cleaned out $ALICE_HOME on the install server, retagged the CVS with
"backupServer2" and did a 'get_alice_config --release=backupServer2' and
issued 'make_inst_disk backupintern.ourdoma.in'.

To the same effect as described before.

The one from your homepage, as it has some stuff which we need.

Plus there's two alice modules in there, which we've written for our
'deeper' needs, but those shouldn't conflict as I can't even boot from the
disk.

If it helps I could send you an image of the generated boot disk.
