about use ssh via internet

I can connect the cvs server , ssh server which in my Linux server( the =
linux mashine is used also as Gateway, NAT, but without firewall =
function)
 in local network, but via internet from outside I can not using ssh =
connect with the linux mashine or connect with cvs server(pserver).
Maybe someone can give me a tip?
