The 50-pin requirement alone restricts you to models you can use... > Actually , there is no problem with using a disk with a wide scsi interface, combined with a 68 - 50 pin converter. Most modern disks use LVD/SE and will fall back on Single Ended if needed. I have actually used a disk with a 80 pin SCA connection , with a converter to 68 pin wide scsi and another convertorto 50 pin narrow scsi and it works well. So , you can use any modern scsi disk with the right connector or converter.
