FTP-installation on XL 266 - from where?

Hi,
 
I've just browsed through the archive and was very pleased to find
a topic that was almost spot-on (Oct. 2003 - Install 8.1 on Alpha XL
(ARC Console)). Sorry to say, I didn't find the final answer...
 
I've come that far that I can boot it from MILO, using the CD I created
from the boot.iso image. I load the NIC module but when it asks for
the ip-address of the FTP-server, I've come to a halt...
 
I've tried using the IP-addresses for the FTP-mirror sites, but to no
luck :-(
 
So, what should I type when it asks for the IP-address, and what is
the path to the installation directory?
