It has since many years been possible to set up a VMS cluster this way, with
shared disk and file access, and I guess the system was sold that way (but
Tru64 might have this feature too nowadays).

Since VMS is no longer a platform I make a living from, I can only hope some
crafty Linux hackers will someday rise to the challenge...
