Hi Christian, hi all!
well, if I execute /sbin/rckbd it does the following not enabling cursor 
routing:
# rckbd
see attachement.
# file /sbin/rckbd 
returns
symbolic link to /etc/rc.d/kbd which is
bourne shell script text 

So I found the shell script. Executing it returns:
Loading keymap qwerty/us.map.gz
[1A..doneLoading compose table winkeys shiftctrl latin1.add..done
Start Unicode mode
[1A..doneLoading console font lat9w-16.psfu -u none -m none (K
[1A..done

Nothing particulary special. :( Same as the /sbin/rckbd command.
I really run out of ideas. :(
