Indeed, you were right [and just a bit quicker than me :-)] to point this out. 
Please verify your Lotus Notes / Domino licensing agreement to see if you're 
entitled to use incremental installers or not. If you purchased a shrink-wrapped 
package, you usually don't have any upgrades included. The upgrade option is the 
"advantage" in "passport advantage contract".
