Notes Client PASSTHRU HTML

Hi there,

in one database i have a document and want to mark the text as "Pass-Thru 
HTML". When i tried to select that function from the menu it isn't 
available (i have editor rights on the database). Our administrator , 
which have manager access to the database, have the function Pass-Thru 
HTML in the menu under text. 

How can i implement the function Pass-Thru HTML to me (users).
