Re: mail sending problem

Thank's all for help. I will reconfigure firewall (Checkpoint FW1) to acts 
as smtp server to be a gateway to ISP smtp mail server.
I will inform you if this will help to solve this problem.

Yes, that might be worth looking into. However, more and more ISPs
require ASMTP for their relays, and current Domino R5 & R6 releases
unfortunately don't support ASMTP for outbound connections.

I prefer using internal relays (i.e. based on Postfix or Sendmail)
which then in turn use the ISP's relay, including ASMTP support, or
deliver mail directly. When it comes to high-traffic, reliable
internet mail delivery, a Linux mail hub with Posfix packs more
punch than Domino with today's code base. Combining such a mail hub
with a seperate Domino machine gives you the best of both worlds.
