May be, do you have more concrete questions?
There are lot of docs in Domino 5 Administration Help database:
switch to Index and go to WEBADMIN.NSF line.
WebAdmin seems (in my opinion) very poor, buggy, unstable solution
that cannot be compared with Administration Client.
