Hi,

before you discard DNS ... 

Talking of strange behavior I observed that adding the line 
DNSServer=mydns.domain.com solved a similar problem for me. Somehow Domino 
was not able to read the OS DNS configuration and was unable to deliver 
outbound messages. It might be worth a shot. That machine was a dual-Xeon 
with HT, too.

Hi Ingo,

It's very strange, because all mentioned machines are in a cluster (a
Domino cluster), so they sharing the same configuration. All tests made
with DNS are OK, so I discart this possibility.
