It seems to me that Domino reads the OS DNS only at start. If you change
/etc/resolv.conf after the server task is started, it doesn't re-read the
new configuration.
That said, if with HT enabled there's the problem, and with HT disabled in
the BIOS the problem disappears, maybe there *IS* a problem with HT... ;-)
It could be worthwhile, if not already done, to try to disable nscd service
to see if the problem disappear (even if it's HT related, we still don't
know if it is in Domino or elsewhere in the system).
