Yes it can run.

But:
Beginning with Redhat 9.0 Redhat has shipped their kernels with nptl 
support (backport from 2.6 kernel series).
This breaks jre shipped with all today available domino versions.

It depends on which version of Domino you want to run, which steps you 
have to do to run Domino.
R5 and R6.x all work then.
