Different kinds of handling new versions of code, different release times, different support of new libaries (versions) is the nature of the various distributions. So IBM cant test and support all of them. Debian is a distribution (and i like it) without a business based strategie. If you use a support free dist you should accept that feature. It's your decision if you use it for your business. Thomas
