Bruno, if IBM would start to support Debian you will ask "Why do they not
support icepack linux?"(http://www.icepack-linux.com/)

Do you think the workaround will work on icepack? No idea!!! But IBM could
support it. Yeah. Wake up, IBM could waste much money for supporting any
distribution ever seen.

IBM is a business oriented company. They need business partner which
guarantee the support of the linux distribution continued. They need a
roadmap, business plan and a precise role allocation.

What do you think will happen when only ONE debian user has problems with
this work around?

Think more business oriented.
