If you want to move the server from one machine to another machine 
with the same ID's, Domain and so on. It's not nessary to run the 
setup.

You can also copy the ID and the notes.ini

What you have to do. You have to edit the notes.ini with the new path 
for ../bin, ../data, ../server.id

After that start the domino server from the notes data path.

I did it several times without any problem.
