Have a look at securiq.watchdog from Group Technologies.

It's not a scanner itself, more some kind of "middleware" between Domino 
and a various range of scanners. So you can use the scanner you want or 
as much as you like (and pay for...). If the scanner is not for free, 
you have to pay twice - watchdog and scanner. We use Sophos sweep 
command line scanner with watchdog+Domino (on AIX).
