My guess is that like the others reporting here, all you need to do
is set fou4s to update via http from an apache2-server.

  Refusing to truncate existing file `xine-ui-51356'.

Whichever wget-versions were current at the time on SuSE 8.0 to 
9.2 plus SLES8.  No cache.
