I re-checked several machines and it happens on all of them, there is no
exception. Suse 8.1 and 9.0. It only doesn't happen the first time the new
file is encountered. On machines I didn't do a fou4s -u for at least a week I
get:

18:08:34 URL:http://fou4s.gaugusch.at/patches/ [62/62] -> "index.html" [1]
18:08:34 URL:http://fou4s.gaugusch.at/patches/fou4s-47 [848/848] ->
"fou4s-47" [1]

and with the next try I get:
18:09:31 URL:http://fou4s.gaugusch.at/patches/ [62/62] -> "index.html" [1]

Continued download failed on this file, which conflicts with `-c'.
Refusing to truncate existing file `fou4s-47'.

I guess this is either a bug in wget or in Apache 2. If it is in wget, then
Apache 1 is supposed to have a bug because it doesn't appear there.
