Hi,

This makes sense only when you are informed about the problem bevor
you install the patch. I only install new kernel-Versions with
--interactive(*). All oher packages are installed automaticly on
all productiv servers between Irland and Poland by cron after
1 week.

My current IrgnorList on new installed (!) Servers:

:# I do not need this, stop to inform me
:IgnoreList=3Dfetchmsttfonts* fetchnvidia* install*firmware.sh =
rpmupdate-postscript.sh ProOfficeInstallation
:# zebra/quagga is broken on lot's of SuSE-Versions, to be installed =
only by --interactive during downtime
:RemarkList=3Dzebra* quagga*

And on Sap-Servers:
:# only some glibc-Versions are SAP-certified, skip all others by using =
--interactive
:RemarkList=3Dzebra* quagga* glibc*

Bye the way: this is (was) not a problem with this
kde-patch but a problem of the algorithm (I do not
even install kde on my servers, kde makes sense on
workstations, not on servers. I usually use
"minimum-installation").

- not all Kernel-Versions are certified by SAP, VMWare, ...
- not all have the the modules I need
- I have to reboot
