Hi Mailinggroup, I'm running Fou4S since a few years and I want to say: thanks for this great tool! Now I'm detecting a problem. When I run Fou4S I get the following output: :~>fou4s -i ---------------[ Start ]------------------------ ftp.gwdg.de: Checking [#################################] 100 % tcsh 6.12.00-453.2 (6.12.00-453 ) [ok] optional 36kb Installing tcsh-6.12.00-453_453.2.i586.rpm ---------------[ End ]------------------------ And then is nothing more happening (for a few minutes). If I press <enter> and wait for some more seconds, I get the following output: ---------------[ Start ]------------------------ ************************ * ERROR: Update failed * ************************ Password: su: incorrect password Please try option --end, -a or --nodeps in case of dependency problems. Using --nopatchrpms might also help THE PACKAGES SHOWN ABOVE HAVE NOT BEEN INSTALLED! Warning: 1 updates failed. Please fix the problems and try again ---------------[ End ]------------------------ Why is fou4s making a "su" and how can I solve this? I'm running fou4s as root, but I think, this has to be the case, correct? I'm running SuSE 9.2 2.6.8-24.17-default #1 Tue Jul 19 08:56:33 UTC 2005 i686 i686 i386 GNU/Linux And Fou4S: fou4s v0.13.1 Any idea? Thanks for any help Christian --
