New Beta Version

Hi fou4s-community!
I'm glad to announce a new beta version with some major changes.
Fastest way to update:
# rpm -Uvh http://fou4s.gaugusch.at/beta/fou4s-0.13.2-0.noarch.rpm

This is the complete changelog:
* Changed rsync to follow symlinks
* Added support for CURL (auto fallback on systems without wget)
* Added support for https proxies and other https fixes (mostly for 
  business products)
* Fixes for 0.13.1
  + Use only files in SuSE "directory" files, not all that are found 
    (--usedir)
  + Downloading of server list works again (--server -w)
  + Fix wrong cache invalidation on business products
* New config file options:
  + UseCurl (default:off)
* New parameters
  + usecurl

Because I changed a lot in downloading code (for curl support), I want 
many people to test. Use curl, don't use it, check with or without 
proxies, and tell me afterwards if it works :)
The program output may be different in some places, if it is disturbing, 
please tell me.
