First Beta with SuSE 10.1 support

Hi,
Please try
http://fou4s.gaugusch.at/beta/fou4s-0.15.0-0.1.noarch.rpm

This version is only tested on 10.1 - it SHOULD work on older 
distributions, but this hasn't been tested (and there are no benefits 
anyway).

What's working:
* Display and download of normal, patch- and delta-rpms
* Display of long & short descriptions (option -v)
* Download of necessary patch descriptions only (based on sha1sum in 
  patches.xml)

What's missing:
* checksum verification in various parts of the new parsing code
* self-update has not been tested yet (I'll probably add a patches.xml on 
  the fou4s server for this, not yet done or implemented)

What's not tested (help! :)
* x86_64 or other archs (I only have an athlon w/32bit)
* Installation of packages (argh ... that would have been easy to test ... 
  but I'm tired now ;)
